Pamela I. Chacon has M.Sci. (Hons) Physics, University of Glasgow and Ph.D. Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Her current role is Senior Measurement Engineer focusing on designing, maintaining, and optimizing custody, allocation and critical process measurement systems across the value chain. Pam champions R&D, and supports design and operations for downstream, midstream, upstream and down hole solutions for hydrocarbon liquid, gas, water, multiphase and steam. Pam holds several past and present industry committee Chairmanships predominantly for API Committee on Production Measurement, and ASME Committee on Fluid Flow in Closed Conduits. Pam has been involved in TUCoRE as a Chevron project champion since 2019.
