Mohan Kelkar is Chairman of McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tulsa. His area of specialization is reservoir characterization and production optimization. He has published over 60 refereed articles and has co-authored three books. In addition, he has made over 250 technical presentations at various meetings and conferences. He is actively involved in SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) including serving as SPE Regional Director during 2010-2013.
