Bio
Weipeng Yang, born and raised in Shandong, China, is a Ph.D. student in Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa. He earned his Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from China University of Petroleum, in 2018 and his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology, in 2015. His research interests are enhanced oil recovery and formation damage. Weipeng joined TUCoRE in the Spring 2019. He is currently working on the Project "Determination of Minimum Inhibitor Concentration (MIC) for Scale Squeeze Treatment Using Core Flow Test Method" under Dr. Jun Lu.
