Bio
Dr. Shirazi teaches and conducts research in the area of computational fluid mechanics of multiphase flow (liquid-gas-particles) and turbulent flow modeling in multiphase flow. He is currently serving as the Director of the Tulsa University Sand Management Projects (TUSMP) and is the Co-Director of the Erosion/Corrosion Research Center (E/CRC) at the University of Tulsa and has been conducting research in sand erosion, corrosion, and computation of multiphase flow. He has more than one hundred conference and journal publications in the area of computational fluids with industrial applications.
